Student Enrollment

Step 1: Online Registration

Please complete this Registration Form BEFORE going to the Administration Office with your documents.

You must complete the process at the Administration Office; we are not aware that you have registered, and your student is not enrolled, until you complete Step 3.

Step 2: Required Documents

We will make copies of your documents and/or print out any forms or documents for you - you do not need a printer. 

Elementary (Kindergarten - 5th grade)

  • Original Birth Certificate (Birth Certificate: Order Online)

  • Current Immunization Record or Health Department Waiver - this can be faxed directly to us from your provider's office

  • Proof of Residency - see Residency Verification for required/acceptable documents

  • Y5/Kindergarten: proof of a hearing & vision screening** - this can be faxed directly to us from your provider's office

  • Y5/Kindergarten: proof of a dental exam - this can be faxed directly to us from your provider's office

  • Documents requiring your signature will be provided to you at the building

** FREE hearing & vision screens by appointment at the Muskegon County Health Dept Marquette Ave campus. Call 231-724-1394.

If you have a child who will be 5 on or before September 1, 2026, you are invited to attend the
Kindergarten Roundup at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at your elementary building.

Middle School (6th - 8th grade):

Parents/guardians of current 8th grade students planning to enroll in high school for the 2026-27 school year are welcome to attend the
Parent Informational Meeting on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the high school auditorium.

High School (9th - 12th grade):

  • Original Birth Certificate (Birth Certificate: Order Online)

  • Recent Transcript (or 8th grade report card for 9th graders)

  • Course Request Form (click on link below for forms by year of graduation)

  • Documents requiring your signature will be provided to you at the building

  • Student Athletes: Please read the MHSAA transfer rules summary. Please complete and turn in this  MHSAA New Student Form (or one can be printed for you when you come into the office to complete enrollment).

Please go to High School Class Scheduling Information for graduation requirements and course information.  Course request forms are available on this page if you would like to print it out and bring it to your new student appointment with a parent/guardian and your counselor, or one will be provided to you at the appointment.

Step 3: Take your documents to the Administration Office

The Administration Office is located at 121 Randall Rd, Door #8. Turn into the west parking lot and follow the signs to the Administration Office entrance.

The office is open 8 am - 4 pm on school days.

Enrollment for the 2026-27 school year for middle or high school students will be accepted beginning in March 2026.
